Do focus on what you do want:

  • I want more confidence

  • I want better health

  • I want more self-belief


Be Specific:

  • I want to wear a bikini at the beach

  • I want to eat high quality nutritious food

  • I want to redevelop my love for running

  • I want to make time to invest in myself


Create a vision of the life you want as this will inspire you, and when you are inspired you will want to act.
