Of course you do. We all do.
The important question is what you do with those voices.
When you hear yourself think, do you stop and consider whether your current thoughts are serving you?
If it is, great! continue!
If it isn't, stop! break state!
Think of something else, go for a walk, change your posture, do something that gets your mind off the thoughts that aren’t useful.
Sometimes things keep coming up because we need to deal with them, but other times we are just habitually stuck in replaying past events.
When it is time to let it go, let go!
Change the meaning of what you are telling yourself.
It only takes a moment of concentrated attention to change your though patterns, and the perseverance to keep at it, but the rewards are a happier and more fulfilling life.
Focus on what you do want, rather than on what you don't want.
