My Time as an Uber Driver!

Updated: Apr 22

Then this happened…

2019 was a year of growth for me.

It was the year I decided to take my passion seriously and started my coaching business. I spent most of the year juggling setting up a business while working fulltime and trying to maintain some resemblance of a social life. I struggled to manage my time and my various commitments.

2020 I have decided to leave the corporate world behind me to have more time to focus on what is important to me. It was a scary decision to walk away from a stable income and head footlong into the unknown, but fueled by a healthy dose of optimism, and past experience that doing what 'feels right' has never led me wrong, I dived in and no longer have a ‘real job’ and am driving Uber part-time to supplement my income.

I work as much or as little as I want, when and where I want. I love the freedom this has allowed me to spend more of my time on what really matters to me, which is growing myself and helping others grow themselves.

I am looking at more alternatives to make an income while my business is growing that allow me more time to spend on self-development, introspection, and joy.

One of my favorite sayings is “Feel the fear and do it anyway” Have you ever been afraid of something but done it anyway? How did it turn out? Did it not seem as scary once you did it? What did you learn?
